Lizbeth Ochoa is an associate in the law firm of Bononi Law Group. Ms. Ochoa, joined Bononi Law Group in the Fall of 2005 bringing with her experience in employment and commercial business litigation. Along with a background in litigation, Ms. Ochoa has experience counseling business entities on employee related matters, compliance with state and federal employment laws, advising on implementation of policies and procedures for the workplace and evaluating and drafting employee handbooks. A native of Orange County, Ms. Ochoa relocated to Los Angeles to continue representing individuals and business entities in commercial litigation and employment related disputes. While at Bononi Law Group Ms. Ochoa has handled numerous lawsuits in areas such as wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, discrimination (age, gender, race, disability), whistle blower retaliation claims, and contractual disputes. She has also counseled business entities on numerous subjects related to employment issues.

A graduate of USC and UCLA, Ms. Ochoa has numerous community ties to both Orange and Los Angeles counties. Ms. Ochoa is a current member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She has been admitted to practice law in the State of California and in the Ninth Circuit.
